How it works

Add it, sort it, find it again.

    Add

    Drop in images, videos and documents from your PC, or paste a copied image. Each becomes an item with its own title.

    Sort

    File items under topics up to three levels deep, add tags, and write notes that link to related items.

    Find

    One search covers your whole library. Narrow it by topic or tag, open the file, or show it in File Explorer.

Organize

Everything in its place.

A topic board gives your library its shape, and tags cover everything that cuts across it. Rename topics whenever your system changes — the items stay where you filed them.

  • Nested topics, tags and notes on every item
  • Drag files into the order you like — the first one becomes the thumbnail
  • Deleted items wait in the Trash until you’re sure

Hidden deck

A deck only you can open.

Set items aside into a separate hidden library, encrypted with its own 6-digit PIN. The PIN is stored nowhere, so without it nobody can open those items — not even us.

  • Move existing items in, and send them back whenever you like
  • A 4-digit app PIN locks the whole screen
  • Hidden items stay encrypted in your library folder

Keep your 6-digit PIN somewhere safe. If it’s lost, the hidden items can’t be recovered.

IrisDeck has no server and no sign-up. It works entirely offline on your computer, and nothing in your library is sent anywhere.
